Training Coordinator - £16,000 - £20,000

Bristol

- Dealing with inbound enquiries, both via phone and email.

- From learning the basic training aspects offered by the company you will identify the training needs of the customer and coordinate to relevant training specialist.

- Discuss additional training which may aid alongside chosen service.

- Aid with the administration across the training team.

- Database reconciliation.

- Tailor, produce and distribute training course instructions and evaluation forms. Both internal and external.

- Research and source external training as directed for specialist rental products.

P/T Hotel Receptionist - £9,500 - £15,500, OTE £17500

Bristol

If interested it is important to note that with the nature of the business my client operates in shifts. these are: 7am - 3pm and 3pm to 11pm. The shifts will always stay consistent, so you will never do an evening then a morning. MORE INFORMATION BELOW

- Meet and greet new guest,

- Dealing with queries and bookings in a polite and efficient manner,

- Identify customer needs and convert enquiries best advise on booking,

- To produce invoices and confirmations accurately and on time.

- Build personable relationships with customers and bookers that encourage rebooking and using my client as a preferred supplier.

- Management of the Bristol switchboard. 

- Respond to any issues or complaints guests may have during their stay, ensuring remedial action is taken where applicable,

SHIFTS

Guaranteed 3 x 8 hours shifts a week. Potentially 4 shifts a week. meaning hours will be between 24 and 32 a week.

It has been noted that it is very likely to include 1 weekend shift a week.

Inbound Sales Executive - £21,000 - £24,000, OTE £31,000

Bristol

- Be a first point of contact for inbound enquiries,

- Follow up perspective business that comes through Email and Website,

- Know your product inside out,

- Discuss in detail the clients actual needs and offer the most suited product,

- Up sell alternatives.

- Log calls and track Mail Conversations

- Diarise busy time period for your client so that a prompt follow up call can be made.

Inbound Sales Executive - £20,000, OTE £31,000

London / Grays

- Be a first point of contact for inbound enquiries,

- Follow up perspective business that comes through Email and Website,

- Know your product inside out,

- Discuss in detail the clients actual needs and offer the most suited product,

- Up sell alternatives.

- Log calls and track Mail Conversations

- Diarise busy time period for your client so that a prompt follow up call can be made.

HR Payroll Administrator £17,000 - £20,000

Bristol

- Prepare new starter packs,

- Support with Administrative aspects of Recruitment,

- Add new starters to Payroll System

- Aid with probation, benefits, leavers and referencing

- Help with all aspects of monthly payroll

Customer Service Executive - £16,500

Bristol / Avonmouth

- First point of call for inbound queries,

- Discuss wide range of FMCG luxury product range,

- Upsell additional product lines and promotional deals,

- Coordinate with new business application team,

- Account Manage current business,
